  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Certain items cannot be returned, including:
    • Custom or personalized items
    • Balloons (once inflated)
    • Party decorations that have been opened or used
    • Sale or clearance items

2. Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
